Premier Inn Derby West

We stayed for the past couple weeks while our loved ones were in hospital, and every staff member we met went above and beyond each day during a very difficult time. My family and I can’t thank you enough for your support, kindness, attentiveness and friendliness. The facilities were extremely clean, well cared for and comfortable. We’ll always be grateful, and we won’t forget any of you or your kindness. Thank you so, so much!❤️

The rooms and facilities were what you’d expect from a Premier Inn, with comfortable beds and good food. What made the difference was the staff, especially Katherine and Sean, who were so helpful and understanding with me and my grandchildren. I stayed with my family after my son and his wife were knocked over by a car. None of us live in Derby, and this was the closest hotel to the Royal Derby hospital. I can’t speak highly enough of the team. Thank you.

Cathryn has gone above and beyond to make sure my wife and I have everything we need to be comfortable. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the hospital where I’m a patient. I have no hesitation recommending it and giving it five stars.

Breakfast was the highlight and the only reason I’d return. The greeter and chef were hospitable, helpful and very accommodating, and the food was plentiful, flavoursome and good quality. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, but it needed more bedding. The desk staff weren’t helpful or friendly and need customer relations training.
