The food was excellent value, and the peaceful little lake behind the hotel was lovely. I sat there after breakfast. I had a great stay while visiting Dereham, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. I needed some documents printed and had forgotten to do it before leaving home, but Alex helped straight away. Nothing seemed too much trouble. My room was cosy and had all the amenities I needed. I only wish I’d brought my swimming shorts so I could use the pool. I’d happily come back.

I dropped into the Greenbank Hotel for food one evening and tried the Tom Yum Soup. The quality, taste, and amount of seafood totally blew me away. Truly amazing. I’ll 100% return.

The service and atmosphere made the evening feel just right, and the food was outstanding. We came to celebrate my daughter's university graduation and had a great time. Thanks for helping make the special day feel complete. Five stars, without hesitation.

We had booked Greenbanks for some of our wedding guests, and I stayed there the night before. The staff were wonderful all weekend, always on hand and happy to help with requests. The hotel itself is beautiful, and there was a great choice of delicious food. I'd happily stay again.

The room was spotless and the beds were really comfortable. I was in Dereham for a model railway exhibition and arrived late, but the owner welcomed us and cooked some AMAZING food. He also left us something for breakfast since we'd miss it in the morning. A lovely hotel, definitely deserving of 5 stars.
