We’ve stayed in a few B&Bs over the years, but Yaxham Mill beats them all. Darren is sociable and chatty, and nothing’s too much trouble. He even set up a table downstairs for us both because I recently had ankle surgery. The breakfast is excellent and fills you up for the day, so you could book a room just for that and not be disappointed. The staff and service are excellent too. We’ve just come back from a three-day break in Yaxham, Norfolk, our sixth stay at Yaxham Mill, and met the new owner Darren. He’s turned the place around: it sparkles, the rooms are clean and newly decorated. Thanks, Darren, for a perfect stay. Hope you’ll have us back again 😀 🤩

The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and Darren and Cara were friendly, helpful hosts. The cooked breakfast was one of the highlights of our trip. I could get used to having that every day! See you again.

We’ve stayed here twice in just three weeks, and both visits were gorgeous. The rooms are spacious, modern and kept really clean. Breakfast has a great range and tastes very good, and the staff are amazing. We’ll be back in Norwich a lot over the next few months, so this is where we’ll stay. Great value, too!

Paul, the owner, was so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely breakfast in the mill the next morning, and the room was clean and very comfortable. A lovely place to stay.
