Ship's Quay was one of our favorite places on our 14-day tour of Ireland. We loved being inside the city walls, and the room was nice. The staff were great. When we arrived, we stopped at the bar and had a good chat with Ben the bartender. We enjoyed it so much that we came back for dinner there. Wish we'd had more time to stay.

My partner, our two kids, and I were placed here through temp housing, and living here has been awful. Staff member Simon accused us more than once of using cannabis while our kids were playing at our feet. They have thrown multiple kids' toys in the bins and complained when the kids played in the sun. There is off-street parking, but only certain people are allowed to use it. The furniture is appalling. I've seen better mattresses and sofas at the local dump. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this business to homeless people.

The staff are the most pleasant I've come across. On arrival there was a glass of bubbly and a welcome letter in the room, plus complimentary slippers and a bathrobe. It's right in the town centre. I chose bar food this time, but I've eaten in the restaurant before and it's always delicious.

I stayed over the weekend and it was amazing. The apartments are beautiful, the beds are comfy, and everything's right in the centre. I'll definitely be back!

Right in the centre, these apartments are fantastic. They're modern, clean, and tidy, with unbelievably comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We'll definitely be back!
