We had everything we needed for a weekend with 12 adults at the cottage, celebrating my friend’s birthday. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax in the lounge by the fireplace. We also loved the location and river view, and found nice places in town to eat and spend the evening. Thank you.

This place is a gem, and everything about it was perfect. I’ll definitely be back, though I may regret saying so if everyone tries to book it next year and there’s no room for me. Hopefully it won’t be fully booked.

The owner cancelled our booking because it was cheaper on Sykes Cottages than on his website. Or maybe it was discrimination, who knows. We ended up finding a better property in a better location, so that’s his loss. What a greedy, unprofessional owner. Sykes did nothing about my complaint either. See the screenshots as evidence that this review is legitimate.

We loved the hot tub, especially sitting in it under the stars in the evening. It’s a lovely property in a stunning location, and the agents were quick to sort out a few questions we had.
