The receptionist, Michelle, was professional and welcomed me when I arrived. My wife booked the room at very short notice, and Michelle also helped arrange an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and well equipped, and the hotel is modern and finished to a high standard. It was also very reasonably priced. A great place to stay, and I’d highly recommend it. Thanks again, Michelle, for helping at such short notice.

The freshly cooked breakfast was good, with quality ingredients. They'd run out of croissants, but a staff member brought some out fresh from the oven. Check-in was warm and welcoming, and our room felt spacious. The hotel looked almost brand new on arrival and was kept immaculate, with someone even clearing leaves from the car park. Its location worked well for our trip, and we had a great experience.

The staff really made our two-night pre-Christmas stay at the Pastures Best Western Hotel. We went to three events in their Reeds Restaurant, and the rooms were busy but had a great atmosphere. At Lukes Ganeshow on Friday, Feroux worked incredibly hard serving food and clearing tables, while the whole team did an amazing job. Saturday's double bill was hosted and set by Paula, with Amelia and Daniel working hard behind the bar. Reception from Nathan and Sharon on Saturday morning was friendly and efficient too. Breakfast was delicious both days, served by polite, friendly staff. And thanks to Darren, the superb night porter who looked after us in the later hours and went above and beyond. A fabulous festive break at a great place. Thanks, everyone.

We stayed for two nights for a wedding at the Pastures Hotel and had a really good time. The rooms were nice and clean, and we thought it was very good value. Sharon greeted us at reception and was extremely helpful throughout. I can't remember everyone's names, but all the staff were professional and helpful. We ate at the hotel's Reed's restaurant on Wednesday night and the food was lovely. The breakfasts were very good as well. Thanks to Sharon and the whole team for a great stay.

Our first time at Pastures Lodge went really well. We were given a warm welcome, and everything was explained clearly at check-in. The ground-floor room was a great help since my husband is severely sighted and has trouble walking. It was clean, warm and well equipped. Dinner and breakfast were both superb, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The power shower was wonderful, with plenty of hot water, and the towels were soft and just right. My one small gripe is that the pillows weren't very soft, though after a few glasses of vino they didn't seem so bad. We'd definitely return. Thanks for the lovely welcome and stay.
