The place was clean, and they provided toilet paper. The shower was also a positive. Beyond that, we were incredibly uncomfortable and would never stay here again. We came to visit our grandmother, who stopped by for a few hours, but were told guests weren't allowed because it counted as an event. We got a message straight away saying we couldn't have visitors and would be fined. There were CCTV cameras, which they used to monitor us the whole time. I'm fairly sure the owners stay nearby. The photos were misleading. The things shown weren't available unless we paid extra after booking, and there were additional charges to use the facilities. The rule book went on for pages, talking about genitalia and faeces and saying they were watching. I wouldn't recommend it if you're coming to see family.

This place might suit you if being watched by CCTV, having no family visits, and being condescended to in house rules about not smearing poo on the walls sounds appealing.
