18 The Meadows

The four of us had lots of room, and the house felt like great value for what we paid. It was exactly as advertised, well fitted out, and in a handy location for our golf trip. Catherine was lovely to deal with from the start and kept communication great. The golf in the area is amazing, so if we come back, we’ll definitely look to stay here again.

We loved having the front porch and back utility room to leave our coats, boots and cycling gear. The bungalow was clean, warm and welcoming, with a spacious, modern feel and a high standard of renovation. The furnishings, bedding and towels were all good quality and gave the place a bit of a luxurious feel. The large master bedroom has a wall-to-wall wardrobe with more space than I could have used. The dining kitchen was well equipped with quality items and high-end appliances. I hadn’t known I needed a Nespresso machine and milk frother until I tried the ones here. The location suited us well, on a quiet street near the town centre and beach. We sat in the private, peaceful back garden in the evening sun a few times. Catherine was a fantastic host, friendly and relaxed, and went out of her way to make sure everything was right. A wonderful holiday place. We can’t wait to return at the end of the year.
