Dinner at Denver’s was pretty good, especially the amazing pasta and cheesy garlic bread, which I’d recommend. The mash was powdery, really the only bad part, and dessert was okay. We arrived early by mistake after being out for dinner, and they let us wait in the bar. Liverpool VS Leeds was on, so we watched and had a chat. Once our table was ready we ordered, but service wasn’t great and my cousins waited ages for their food. The toilets were disappointing too: the stall lock was broken, so I had to hold it to stop anyone coming in, it smelled a bit, and the soap dispenser didn’t work. Still, Denver’s is a really great restaurant.

Sheehan deserves a special thank you. He carried our bags all the way to our room on the top floor, helped unload the car, and kept making sure our toddler had a high chair and whatever else was needed in the restaurant. Traveling with a toddler was extremely hard, but he did a lot to make it as good an experience as possible. We stayed at Denvir’s for two nights and ate dinner, lunch, and breakfast there. The food was excellent, and the portions were so big I’m still full back in America. My favorites were the potato bread, seafood chowder, and hake. A couple of useful tips if you’re bringing a little one: request a cot, and there’s a bath tub for washing them.

It was our first time eating in, and we loved it. We came for my daughter's 18th birthday, and both the food and service were amazing. Thanks to Jessica for explaining things and providing gluten-free food for one of my daughters with Celiac disease. We’ll be back!

A fantastic spot, with a great atmosphere, helpful staff, and reasonable prices. The food was great too. Just perfect.

The food was delicious, and we had a great time at dinner. Our waitress, Lauren Rose, was so sweet and really helpful with my special diet.
