The room was impeccably clean, and breakfast was delicious. Bernadette was helpful from booking right through to checkout, welcoming and full of local knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made our stay enjoyable and stress free. I highly recommend this B&B if you’re in the area, and I’d definitely stay again. Thank you!

Our room, number 2, had a huge bathroom, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Bernadette was friendly and conscientious, doing everything she could to make us comfortable. Breakfast can be pre-ordered the night before, and she also recommended places for our evening meal and some good bars. The hotel is beautiful, with fantastic service before and during our stay. Thanks for a brilliant experience.

Bernadette was a wonderful host. The breakfast was delicious and exactly what we needed, and the rooms were large, comfortable and well decorated. It’s a short walk from the station and Dumfries town centre. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely return next time we’re in the area. Thank you, Bernadette.

Breakfast was amazing, served nice and hot, and the tea and coffee were hot too. We slept well in a comfy bed, and the double room was lovely, fresh and airy, with a massive bathroom. Everything was spotless and in tiptop condition. Bernadette was friendly and welcoming from the start, and nothing was too much trouble. Couldn’t fault the place. A shame we only stayed one night on our way to drive the NC500. Thoroughly recommend.

We arrived early but Bernadette still gave us a lovely welcome. The large room was clean and very nice, with good quality linen and towels, a big bathroom and a good shower. Breakfast was tasty, made with locally sourced products. It’s well located for both the station and town. If I’m ever in Dunfries again, I’ll stay here.
