The staff were so welcoming, and the place was clean with a quirky feel. They'd thought of everything we might need to make our stay great. Really lovely place.

Peach made me feel at home, and you can tell how much he loves Dundee. I didn't get to meet Maggie, but the decorations were lovely, the place was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. After my journey from England to Dundee was severely delayed, I was so glad to reach Aabalree Guest House. Even arriving at midnight was fine, as they'd left out a key so I could let myself in. A great stay, and I'll tell my friends about it.

The family room had loads of space, with toys and books to keep the children busy, which was a lovely touch. It's a welcoming guest house with a real home from home feel, right in the centre near the Discovery and V&A. The hosts are so friendly, and breakfast was delicious.

The location is hard to beat, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and check-in and check-out were easy to do yourself. It was clean and very nice, and the owner was so kind. The price is much lower than nearby hotels, so it seems like a great choice if you're travelling alone. Five stars from me.

Linda's waffles are a must to ask for, you won't regret it. The rooms were clean and the showers hot. John and Linda Bell were perfect hosts, and Aabalree Guest House is right in central Dundee, just minutes from the main attractions. It would work for a single night or even a couple of weeks.
