The room was tidy, comfortable and had a homely feel. We got all the information we needed for our short stay at reception. It's on one of the main bus routes into town, or about a 20 minute walk.

I came here twice, in late October 2022 and again in late January 2023, while doing a Coach Course at the nearby Sports Centre. Margaret was friendly and welcoming, and on my second stay upgraded me from a single to a double room at no extra cost. The accommodation was lovely and well kept. The beds were really comfortable, the rooms were just the right temperature, and the bathrooms were very clean. Food was good and easy to get at any time. Definitely worth the price. I've recommended it to several friends visiting Dundee and will keep doing so.

Aerial showed us to our rooms and called a taxi, and made us feel very welcome. We had booked two rooms for ourselves and my parents. Everything was fresh and clean, and the rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of healthy food. We'd highly recommend it and will definitely visit Aerial, Margaret & Roger again.

Anne was a great host, and we wouldn't hesitate to return. We couldn't fault the room or service, and the Scottish breakfast was lovely. Our only criticism was that the large windows didn't give much privacy. We were there for a short trip with my sister to visit our Aunty in a nursing home.

The people running the house were fantastic, and we enjoyed breakfast and chatting with Ariel during our three night stay. It's a lovely, tidy place and very convenient if you're arriving by car. Next time we're in Dundee, we'll choose this B&B again without a doubt.
