I work away a lot, and this is the best hotel I've stayed in. I love the building's design, the two redwood trees out front and the beautiful views. Every person I've dealt with here has been wonderful and couldn't do enough for me. I appreciate them so much, and look forward to staying here every time work brings me up to Dundee! 🫶🏽

The restaurant food was really tasty, and the price and location couldn't be beaten. Staff were awesome, the room was massive, and so was the bed. There was everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. A 5-star, 10/10 experience.

I'd had some extremely bad stays at other Best Western Hotels, so I was hesitant at first. This one restored my faith in BW. The staff were very friendly and approachable, the rooms were excellent, and the food was brilliant.

I've stayed at this beautiful hotel before, and the room was lovely. The reason I'm taking marks off is that my friend, who shared the room with me, was burned by her phone charger. It had only been plugged in for 10 minutes, but when she removed it, it burned right up her hand. The charger was frayed at the phone end too. We reported it to staff, who said they'd pass it on to a manager.

The bathroom was huge and spotless, and the family room had much more space than we expected. There was a separate sleeping area for the adults and the two children. The food and service were both fantastic. We'd definitely return.
