We stayed for a week and felt right at home in this small, cosy, welcoming guest house. It’s family owned and run, and was very good value too. Bob, the owner, made breakfast every morning. He was friendly and quick, and his wife was kind and helpful. The cleaning lady was a little chatty, but lovely.

The staff at this lovely guest house made us feel welcome, and their service was tremendous. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of cereal, fruit, warm breakfast tea, coffee and more. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, with fresh towels and a kettle so you could make tea or coffee whenever you liked. There was free Wi-Fi too. It’s well placed in the heart of Dundee, and the bed and breakfast felt like home. I recently had the pleasure of staying here and would highly recommend it.

The room and facilities were fabby, and it was a lovely guest house. My bed creaked and the pillows weren’t comfortable, but the room itself was fantastic. Breakfast was cooked to order, and we got a lovely wee late checkout.

The hosts were friendly, and the place is traditional and well kept. We had a fantastic few nights away, with delicious breakfast, and it wasn’t too far from the city centre. If it entered 4 in a bed, it would win 👍👍👍
