The Old Stables made a lovely, peaceful retreat on a working farm, and it was dog friendly too. Neil was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble. We arrived to a welcome pack of free range eggs from the Farm house and a lovely bottle of Red, then soon found ourselves relaxing by the Log fire. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and there were plenty of takeaway delivery options. Dundee is only a few minutes away if you want to collect food yourself. We had an amazing week and would definitely recommend it. Book direct if you can and skip the middle man :-)
