The welcome was warm and friendly, just what you’d expect from people in the North East. The woman working during our stay, from the 26th to the 29th of May, was especially helpful and friendly and deserves recognition. We stayed three nights, and the rooms were very good quality, with air conditioning in both, which was a bonus. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was a good size and properly hot. We’ll definitely stay again.

We stopped here on the way to Scotland and had a great night's sleep. The room was much bigger than we expected, the beds were super comfy and the service was superb. We had a triple room with our 5 year old, who loved having his own bed. Great value for money, and I’d highly recommend it.

A clean, well served and economical place to stay. The rooms are as consistent as a Premier Inn, but the staff are even better and the service was great. It’s a good option for visiting Durham, just 13 minutes from Walkergate car park.

The rooms are quiet despite the motorway nearby, with very good soundproofing, and we slept comfortably. The hotel itself feels modern, cosy and peaceful, and the staff are lovely. Micheal at the front desk was especially helpful and nice, and really made our stay special. We’ll be back!

I was here on a business trip and had a very comfortable stay. The rooms are small, but have everything you need and are more than enough for resting and sleeping. The hotel is modern and immaculately clean, the staff are all very friendly, and the food is really nice, especially the pizzas, which were 10/10. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
