The shower barely worked, with no cold water and such weak pressure that it only dripped. I couldn't use it. When I later realized I'd left a personal item behind, I called five times and emailed several times, but got no reply at all. Breakfast was another problem: we were just 3 minutes late and they refused to serve us, without any courtesy or effort to help. The whole stay was deeply disappointing, with poor facilities and no customer care. One of my worst hotel experiences. I'd stay elsewhere.

The staff were nice, the location was good, and the price included a nice breakfast. We had a positive stay and would come back, though a few things went wrong: check-in got mixed up, there were no bath towels in the room, and the bathroom water pressure was frustratingly low. Some areas also felt a little dated.

The staff were really friendly, and the kitchen smelled lovely while they were making our food. We had a tasty meal for two adults and two children, with a good menu for both ages. Prices were very reasonable, and basket meals are an option if you don't want a large portion. We'd certainly recommend dining here. Thank you!

The breakfast was tasty and the staff were nice, and the hotel was good value for money. The location was convenient, though there aren't many parking spaces right by the hotel, and you can leave your car anywhere on the street. Our room felt a bit cramped, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. It's a solid option if you're after comfort and decent facilities without spending too much.

We were in room 5 for the night on 21 august 2025, before going to meadowfield to see acdc. The staff welcomed us warmly, and the room was lovely, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was perfectly cooked with quality ingredients. I can't fault the hotel and would gladly stay again.
