We had a really good stay. The rooms were clean to the usual high standard, the staff were helpful, and even on the hottest day the fan was enough despite there being no AC. Parking is limited, but we managed, including when we got back late. Bring an extension lead. It’s fairly easy to find with sat nav, since the old bridge is bus only. The tricky bit is walking to the bus stop: there’s no footpath, and sharing the road with McDonald's felt a bit risky.

We had two adults and two kids in the family room. The room size was okay, and it was great that they put in an extra bed alongside the third bed. Breakfast was okay too, but the cleaning and service were a disaster. The evening receptionist was awful and didn’t smile, though the morning staff were nice. It’s quite far from the city, but okay for the price.

A nice hotel with pleasant staff and the usual Premier Inn rooms. The restaurant has its own separate entrance. Parking gets busy, so try to arrive early if possible. There’s no air conditioning. We were there during a heat wave, but the room had a very good desk fan.

We had a great week here. It was easy to get downtown because there’s a bus stop by the parking lot, and we could walk to Tesco. The location worked really well for us. Everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant inside was great too, don’t miss it!

Good value for the money, with clean rooms and bathrooms. We asked for a kids’ cot when booking and it was provided. There’s plenty of free parking, and the location makes it easy to get to nearby scenic areas. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were friendly and welcoming. I recommend booking ahead.
