There’s no safe place to pick up or drop off guests. You have to do it on a dark industrial road that management itself acknowledges is dangerous, with signs warning of the risk of death from heavy vehicles. The car park is supposedly “adjacent” on the website, but it’s actually a 5 minutes walk away along that same hazardous road. The car park is dangerous as well, with no lighting and deep potholes filled with water. It doesn’t comply with DDA. If you use a wheelchair or have mobility difficulties, good luck getting to the hotel without being killed on the road. This place is dangerous and disabled-unfriendly.
