The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfy, and the location worked well for a work trip in Exeter. Breakfast was okay, but not great. It could’ve been warmer, though the Premier Inns breakfast buffet is what it is. I’d recommend the hotel.

The food was lovely, and both the service and staff were great, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. It’s close to the city centre, but there’s no hotel parking, though there are lots of places to park nearby.

The staff were excellent and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The restaurant food was great too. I’ve stayed at quite a few Premier Inns, and this may be the best one. It’s about five minutes from the city centre, so a great place to stay when visiting Exeter.

The team were friendly and clearly working hard across all sorts of roles. Breakfast had a good choice, and I liked being able to help myself to as much as I wanted from the hot buffet. My room was spotless and had all the essentials. The hotel is right by the city centre, close to everything, and there’s a reasonably priced public car park nearby, cheaper than others I’ve used.

I wish every Premier Inn were like this one. It’s near the city centre and Exeter Cathedral, and breakfast was hot, good, and ready with no wait. The room was tidy, clean, and everything worked. Everyone on staff seemed cheerful. I think it was Adriana who greeted my colleague and me at breakfast, with the best smile I’d seen in four weeks. One of the best Premier Inns I’ve stayed at, and it really lives up to its name.
