We'd always had a drink at this pub when visiting Exeter, so this time we decided to stay overnight. We got a lovely welcome and checked in very quickly. The room was really well kitted out, with lots of nice details, and we slept fantastically. The fan was awesome!

The old Grade II listed building does come with a couple of limits: the windows are sealed, so there’s not much fresh air, and you can hear music from downstairs in the evening. It didn’t bother me, and they provide earplugs, though light sleepers might notice it. The place is 700 years old, so I can understand why some things can’t be changed. The room was very well kept, with a super comfortable bed and everything I needed. The shower pressure was strong enough to detach your soul from your body! Staff were friendly, and the pub hotel is right in central Exeter, which is really handy. Lovely stay, and I’d come back to Turk's Head when I’m in Exeter again.

We loved the room, it was gorgeous and really clean, and the complimentary Nespresso pods were a nice bonus. The pub lived up to everything we’d heard too: great pints and a very tasty Sunday roast. Had a phenomenal stay, would recommend it to anyone 👍🏼

The double room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. I ended up booking after my own accommodation plans fell through while visiting Exeter from Colchester, and the staff made me feel at ease when I checked in at the pub bar. As someone with Autism, that really meant a lot. The hotel is on Exeter High Street, with shops and fast food spots just a stone’s throw away, plus you can eat at the pub itself. I’d highly recommend it.

We only came in for a meal, but it was lovely. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. It’s close to the shops in the town centre, easy to walk around for shopping, and I loved the mediaeval church nearby.
