Room 3 was clean and the facilities we checked were working. We didn't try the TV, so I can't say whether that was fine too. The bathroom was nice, though the room itself was small. There was tea, coffee and a kettle on the refreshment tray, plus a hairdryer in the drawer, but no diffuser. My main wish was for a bigger bed: although it was listed as a double, it was 4ft, smaller than a standard double. I can't speak for the other rooms. This one suits you if you don't mind sleeping very close to your partner! 😂

The owner was helpful and friendly, and the room felt clean and comfortable. You could see the thought and care that had gone into making it feel special. It had everything we needed, plus water and biscuits, a kettle with tea and coffee, a hairdryer and wonderfully soft towels.

The view from the room was great, but the rest of our stay disappointed. We arrived Friday 4/11/22 at 1.55pm and the room wasn't ready; when we came back at 2.15pm, it was. It looked clean until I walked around barefoot, then my feet got dirty. There was a stain on the lounge, the toilet roll holder was coming off the wall, and the phone to reception didn't work. The bath towels were thin and hard. We paid over $550.00 a night for a one bedroom "apartment", and there are better places for that price. We tried the adjoining restaurant for dinner, but my chicken schnitzel was hard and dry. Breakfast the next morning was bacon and eggs served in a pasta bowl??????? We didn't eat there again.

Tamara kept in touch throughout, and I liked finding a bottle of water in the room, a great idea. The room was exceptionally clean and lovely, just 3 minutes from the railway station and beaches.

The beds were clean and comfortable, and the little shower room suited my needs perfectly. The sink was so tiny that washing in it was difficult. It faces a railway line, though it stayed fairly quiet at night. I'd stay here again.
