Katie was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. The room felt homely and had plenty of space to relax and put our bags, plus a coffee machine and biscuits. Breakfast was lovely and cooked just how you liked it. It’s very close to the beach, and town is an easy walk, with the harbour, shops and restaurants there too. We had a really lovely time and would definitely return if we’re in the area again.

Katie, the owner, was really helpful with suggestions for things to see and do in Falmouth. She even booked a restaurant for us that she knew would be busy. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the start of the high street. Our room had solid wood furniture, an electric shower and quirky wall art. The TV was small, but we didn’t use it. Breakfast was a good portion, with a mix of full English and options like yoghurt, cereal and fresh fruit. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Katie was phenomenal, so kind and considerate, and made us feel completely welcome. We were a bit nervous since it was our first time staying in a B&B, but she made everything feel simple and easy. The location was amazing and the room was so comfortable. Katie’s a rock star.

Katie is a really nice, friendly owner, and she gave us good suggestions for places to eat and visit on our first stay here. She was very helpful. The location is great, about a nice 10-15 minute walk to the high street. A taxi only costs a fiver.

We had the best breakfast of our trip here, with lots of choices. The host was kind and welcoming, and both the town and beach are easy to get to. Couldn’t ask for a better location or service.
