This is about the street, not the hotel. I never stayed here. I stayed in a place a few doors away that has since closed, so I can’t leave a review for that one. I’m sure this hotel is great, but be careful if you park outside. We took a newly free space after a neighbour moved their car, and the next morning found our wing mirror smashed on the pavement side, by the wall opposite. I think it was resentful vandalism, not an accident. Consider hiding anything that marks you as an outsider, such as a parking permit. It felt like something you’d expect in a city, not a resort. The hotel owner didn’t show concern or suggest contacting the police, which left a bad impression of the area.
