Room n° 7 was tidy and clean, and the staff were so welcoming. The location is very good. I’d definitely recommend it, and if I return to Falmouth I’ll stay there for sure.

We booked quickly and easily over the phone, then got an email confirmation and a follow-up 24 hours before our stay. The self check-in worked really well for us, since we arrived late and left early. We were given an entry code and a key was left for us. My friend and I had a great stay in a twin room at the top of the building. It was in the eaves but didn’t feel small, and was spotless, with both a shower and a bath. Even though the place was busy, there wasn’t an issue with noise or other guests. It’s about a five minute walk downhill to the end of town, right among the restaurants, cafes and piers. I’d happily stay again. Good value for the price, location and what’s offered.

The bathroom was bright and small, but had an ample shower and heated towel rail. There were the usual tea and coffee facilities with biscuits, and the rooms were clean and good value. There’s no breakfast, but Weatherspòns is only three minutes away and has recently been revamped. Parking is on sight, and the front door uses a keyless code system. A real hidden gem close to town, with extremely nice hosts and staff. Across the road, the park has palm trees and exotic-looking ferns, almost like a spot in Spain.

Room 4 is a lovely little room, clean and has everything a single lodger needs. The TV is on a movable bracket, a nice touch so you can watch while in the shower. I’ve stayed here before and got another pleasant welcome when I bumped into the owner. Highly recommend. Thank you.....
