Mark was a brilliant host and easy to get hold of. The house is nicely furnished, with thoughtful extras that made our stay special. It’s in a perfect spot by the sea and a children’s park, with food places on Beach Street and arcades within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

The house was spacious, clean and comfortable, with two bathrooms and an extra WC. There are two dedicated parking spaces, plus plenty of free on-street parking just moments away. Sea views and loads to enjoy nearby: cafés, parks, the pier and beach promenade right on the doorstep. It’s a pleasant 30-minute walk along the promenade to the town centre. Thanks, we’ll book again.

Felixstowe is a lovely little seaside town, with modern family entertainment and the classic seaside fun too. The house is a great size for families, modern and just a stone’s throw from the sea and a great café. Mark made everything easy with plenty of information and clear instructions.

The balcony is a great place to watch the sea, and the seafront is so close. We always have a lovely stay here. It feels like our home away from home, with everything we need and the place clean and tidy.

Sea You View was a brilliant base for our three-generation holiday. The sea views were lovely, and the beach was just a very short walk away, great for swimming. We could also walk to the nature reserve, pier and facilities. Mark was a great host. Thanks!
