The welcome basket was the cutest touch, and the welcome book was easy to follow, so getting the flat warmed up was simple. The shower was amazing too. This was my first visit to Filey and it left a beautiful impression. We also visited the owners' tearoom. They offer a discount, though we didn't use it since the prices were already reasonable. It was a memorable stay, and we've already talked about coming back. Highly recommend.

We had a cosy getaway with the dog, with a wonderful beach right outside and shops, bars and cafes all within walking distance. Flat 10 was an amazing space in a fabulous location, with lovely views. My only complaint was the very hard mattress.

On a sunny day, Filey seafront is such a great place to be, with lovely food and drink around.

For a young family, this was a clean place to stay right by the sea. We were two adults with children aged 3 and 5. The beach and paddling pool are nearby, and children have a few things to see and do, including an amusement park and, a bit further away, a rock pool. I'd bring toys or something else to keep them entertained, though there's a smart TV too. Summer parking is limited. The sink was blocked, but it was sorted straight away.

We enjoyed our stay in Apt 9 and would come back. It was very clean and finished to a high standard, and the price for Easter week was very good. Just be aware there are 50 stairs to climb every time you go out.
