The food was so tasty, and the staff were attentive. The manageress was friendly and down to earth, and came over for a chat at our table. Even the ladies’ loo was clean and well stocked. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. I’d live here if I were local!

We only stopped for drinks on our first visit, but the atmosphere was really good and the seats were comfortable. The bar staff and owners gave us a warm welcome. I hadn’t realised they served snacks and food, or I’d have tried some.

Karen and Neil were such lovely hosts, with great customer service. We spent both days of our bank holiday break coming back here after we stumbled on the bar. The DJ and his wigs made for a fun atmosphere, and we joined in both nights. It felt a bit more up class than most places around the area. Keep it up!

The tables are set out really well, with screens between them. I stopped in for a drink and ended up ordering some lovely nibbles too. Their own pilsner was good, and I really enjoyed the Aperol spritz.

A lovely Sunday afternoon, moving from coffee and brandy to wine, then sharing some chilli nachos. Very good.
