Village Hotel Bristol

We were impressed enough to join Village Gym that same evening. The gym is modern and well equipped, with a professional, welcoming team. Shannise gave us a cheerful, friendly introduction to the gym and spa, showed us around the whole complex, and explained everything with genuine enthusiasm. She also patiently talked us through the membership details. The spa has a pool, dry and steam saunas, and an icy cold plunge pool. The bar and grill had delicious food and a great atmosphere. Thanks, Shannise, we're really grateful!

Parking was easy and free for a few hours while visiting the gym or pool, though I think there's a charge overnight. The cafe and bar are handy for food after a workout. The gym is well equipped, and the pool is great, if a little small. Sauna, steam room and cold plunge are nice extras, and the changing and shower areas were clean. Ellie was super helpful and knowledgeable when I tried the facilities before deciding on a membership.

First visit to the village today and so far I'm impressed. There were lots of parking spaces and the staff were friendly. TJ showed us around the village, was professional and welcoming, and helped us feel at ease. The pool and gym looked great, as did the changing rooms, cafe, bar and restaurant. I look forward to trying the food places. I signed up with TJ straight away; it seemed good value and a great place to spend time and get fit.

I hit a problem trying to join the village gym online, so Shannise called me this morning and got everything sorted over the phone. Her customer service was top notch, and she explained all the key details clearly. She even offered to help arrange my free PT consultation to get me started.
