Littledean House Hotel

Such an unusual, interesting hotel, full of unique memorabilia, with lovely scenery around it. Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable, and the drinks in the bar were reasonably priced. The owner gave us a warm welcome, and Charlotte, who was serving, was lovely and welcoming too. We had a nice chat with her. We had a lovely night away and would recommend staying here.

There’s no food, and the rooms are basic, but they’re clean and warm. The staff seemed pleasant. For the price, you could do a lot worse, and I’d stay again.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious, with a car park and seating at the back. It’s an old hotel with very old-fashioned interiors and furnishings. They don’t serve meals, but there’s a nice pub about 100 yards down the road with a good menu. The area is nice, though you need a car to get around.

The host was lovely and gave good recommendations. Whenever he saw us, he’d ask how we were doing. It’s a charming hotel in a great location. We stayed one night in Room 8, above the generator, so there was a bit of a hum, but it powered down overnight until morning, which I appreciated. It was a nice stay and I’d come back. Thank you!
