The landlady made us feel completely at home and was so welcoming, she couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was the only option, but there was plenty of it, and we loved hearing about the local history. There's on-road parking outside the cottage, and the sights are very close by. It was a really good price too. One of the best stays I've had anywhere, and I can't wait to return.

The host was warm and welcoming, and a great cook. Our room was clean and comfortable, with the bathroom down the hall. I don't travel much, so I chose this place to try staying at a B&B. Just keep in mind it's the host's home, and it can feel a bit like staying with your grandmother.

The room was really clean and the bed very comfortable. The owner was so friendly, made us breakfast early, and made sure we had plenty to eat. We had a really good stay. Thanks for everything, we'd definitely recommend this place!

We came to town for a wedding and had a perfect stay. The room was so cozy, and breakfast was incredible. The Main Street is only a two-minute walk away. Thanks for such a lovely experience!

Shiela's B&B is very close to Fort Augustus, and parking on the street outside was usually easy to find. We stayed in a room with a double bed and a separate bathroom. Everything was clean, though the bathroom was rather small. There wasn't a shower curtain around the shower and tub, so a high-pressure shower could leave the floor wet. The water pressure we had was just about okay. We got up too late for breakfast, but Shiela's help kindly offered us coffee and toast. At £70 a night, we felt it was a bit expensive. It was a decent stay, but the price means we don't think we'll return.
