We paid £165 for a disastrous stay, and I wouldn't risk booking this place. My husband, my mum, our three-month-old baby and two nine-year-old boys were with me. The heaters in both bedrooms were faulty, so we all had to sleep in the living room. The heaters in the bedrooms and hall didn't work properly, and some lights were faulty too. There was no hot water from the kitchen tap, which made cleaning the baby's bottle difficult. The place smelled bad, there was mould in the shower room, and I found dog hair on a bowl and a plate. When I called about the problems, nobody came to help, and there was no customer care. The stay also caused us health problems. It wasn't worth a penny.
