Converted Flat in Amazing Converted Schoolhouse Near Fowey Harbour

Even with the mad weather, I really enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel. The views were amazing, and the bar was a lovely place for breakfast with a great outlook. Nice touches included gin and lovely Bramley products, though it would've been nice to have complimentary tonic too. My only complaint is that cooked breakfast came on an additional bill. I'd rather have it charged with the room.

The river view is stunning, and the Mother's Day roast was amazing. The food was great and the staff were so friendly. We brought our three year old and nine month old twins, and nothing was too much trouble. We'll definitely be back :)

We stayed two nights with bed, breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and very good quality. Staff were friendly and efficient, especially in the bar and restaurant. The decor was smart and quirky, with beautiful views. There was gin and tonic in the room, as well as a coffee pod machine. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. Two beds had been pushed together to make a king, with a lumpy, ill fitting topper. The duvet was too small for its cover, leaving a foot of spare cover at the top, and the long pillows had hardly any filling. For a superior sea view room, I expected better.

The rest of our stay was perfect: a generous, delicious breakfast, a spotless room with a beautiful view, a super comfortable bed, and a modern Smart TV. A huge thank you to Kat, Bonney and the whole team for their outstanding hospitality. We had a small issue on arrival, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Their kindness, professionalism and dedication made all the difference. I've never seen staff so genuinely devoted to helping guests. It was heartwarming and unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We were warmly welcomed and in great hands. Thanks again, everyone!
