The location worked really well for our Highlands road trip: about 15 minutes by car from Fort William and 30 minutes from Glencoe, with Ben Nevis just a few minutes away by car and a beautiful view of it. My boyfriend and I got a very warm welcome, and the room was super cosy. The Scottish breakfast was excellent. We had a great stay, and I highly recommend it.

We booked one night spontaneously, but Lynne kindly fitted us in and we were so happy there that we decided to stay longer. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities. Lynne was welcoming, kind and accommodating, and we’re grateful for our lovely time at Stag Lodge, with its beautiful views, good breakfast and amazing cake. We’ll definitely be back next year for more of that food.

The host was attentive, and the room was spacious, with a firm but comfortable bed, a fridge and a large shower. It’s a great location with lovely views, and the accommodation is very clean and still feels new.

We only booked two nights, which feels too short. The lodge is peaceful and quiet, with a great view, and our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. It had everything we could ask for, including a little fridge with fresh milk for the coffee machine, and the lounge was nicely decorated too. Breakfast was incredible, with continental or full Scottish options, plus cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt and juice, all served by our lovely host. Thanks, Lynn, for a great stay. The owners are lovely, welcoming people, and you can tell they care about running a B&B. They’ve put real thought into the details: the room had a Smart TV, great tea and coffee facilities, and a small fridge stocked with water, chocolate and fresh milk, which I’ve never seen in a B&B room. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The en-suite was great too, with locally supplied body wash and shampoo. My Full Scottish breakfast was beautifully cooked and excellent quality, with top marks to the chef. There was also a good spread of cereals, croissants, salami, jams and juices, along with the usual tea and coffee. The B&B is beautiful, recently completed, and set in an idyllic spot with amazing views, a good distance from the main road along a single track road. Excellent facilities and the best room I’ve stayed in. I’d absolutely recommend staying here, you’ll love it!
