We ended up eating at the Harbour Inn almost every day of our week away. The food was fantastic, good value and the service was great. The staff and locals were so friendly, always up for a chat, and there was a varied menu with plenty for vegetarians too. Our two dogs were made very welcome, especially by the roaring log fire. It’s lovely to see the pub busy with visitors and locals. The village is lucky to have it.

The food was tasty, came in good portions, and the staff were friendly and happy to help with anything. There’s a good choice of beers and spirits too. It’s a small restaurant, but a reasonable size, and this is a great local place to eat and drink. It can get very busy, so I’d check ahead and book on weekends and some other days. There are B&B rooms as well.

The menu was nice, and the restaurant pleasant. We sat with our drinks by the log fire, which our greyhound appreciated on a chilly November afternoon. The bay and harbour views make this a great location, and the staff made us feel very welcome.

A cosy pub with good food, and it’s great that they serve dinner every day of the week all year round. That’s unusual around here.

The staff were friendly and attentive throughout lunch on Oct 8th. My daughter said her haddock was the best fish she’d had in years, and my loaded fries with haggis, cheese and peppercorn sauce were really tasty. I don’t feel properly in Scotland until I’ve had haggis and chips, and this definitely did the trick. Thanks!
