Loch Broom Chalets

The Loch Broom views are stunning, and the cabins are positioned so the balcony feels very private. I spotted red deer, and there was a squirrel box outside my window where I could watch the adorable red squirrels. The owners even left bird seed to share with the many birds and squirrels. It was a magical, restorative holiday, and I’d highly recommend it.

Otter cabin is a cosy base for outdoor activities, especially after a long day when you want some creature comforts. It’s only a short drive from Ullapool and reasonably priced. The cabin was clean and well equipped, with a comfy bed and sofa, a good modern shower with excellent flow, lots of piping-hot water, and efficient heating. The weather was nasty at times, but I stayed cosy. I also enjoyed watching the steady stream of visitors at the bird feeder.

The chalet was spotlessly clean, warm, and cosy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We slept really well in the amazing, comfy bed, and there’s ample parking right in front of the cabin. The owners were lovely and communicated well during booking. It’s close to Ullapool, the ferries, and Tesco supermarket. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks for a great visit.

We had the two-room Fox chalet and found it neat and comfortable, even with our dog. Food was provided for the birds and squirrels, and watching them was a lot of fun.
