I keep coming back because the staff make this hotel dependable. They’re friendly, professional, and keep the service standards high. The restaurant food is good, and breakfast has plenty of choice. The rooms are starting to feel dated, though, and the basic rooms don’t have air conditioning.

We had a really nice room and the bar was a pleasant place to spend time. Check-in was friendly and helpful, and both dinner and breakfast were very good, with kind staff throughout. It was our first one-night Valentine’s break at the Bull hotel, and we couldn’t find much to fault. The pints could have been topped up a little more, if I’m being fussy. We’d like to come back in summer and try the garden.

The complimentary EV charging was a huge help after our drive of over 200 miles. We’re already talking about coming back in the New Year. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, and the food was good with meals at reasonable prices. Even over Christmas, every staff member we met was friendly and helpful, and nothing seemed too much trouble.

The parking is spacious, and the bar and breakfast were good. Breakfast gives you enough to set you up for a long day. The room was lovely, with a fine mattress, and the hotel meets a good 4* standard. Handy location for Heathrow Airport.

The rooms were comfortable and a good size, and breakfast had a nice range of quality food. I stayed two nights and found the staff very welcoming and friendly. The coffee machine wasn’t working properly, which was disappointing in the mornings, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
