I spent a week here, and it was a horrible experience. There was no air conditioning, so the place got very hot in summer. Road noise was awful, and there was no help desk. The bathroom light switch is outside the bathroom, hot water was very hard to use, and some plugs didn't work in certain outlets. The windows have no screens, so bugs and birds can fly in, and it feels like an accident waiting to happen. The washer worked, but the dryer didn't.

The place was good quality and had all the amenities, so it was a good experience overall. I'd rate it 4.5. It would help to have a reception, or to make it very clear when booking that there isn't one. Also, if you call after working hours, the voicemail gives the alternative contact number so quickly that you have to record it or listen a few times to write it down.

I stayed three weeks, and things were already going wrong when I arrived: the bedroom handle was hanging loose and I couldn't shut the door. The stove hadn't been cleaned properly either. When I went to iron some clothes, the ironing board fell apart in my hand. The owners should update the windows and interior if they want the price to feel justified.

The flat was clean, but the kitchen doors kept closing with the slightest movement, and all the windows were so old that they couldn't be opened or shut. Getting the keys from the coded box on arrival, and returning them when I left, was difficult. The oven and microwave didn't work, so I couldn't even heat a ready meal, let alone cook. The tap water smelled old and dirty, and nobody dealt with the rubbish. I couldn't work out where to take it. I stayed in a second-floor apartment for a week. On the first night I didn't notice anything, but the next night I woke up thinking there was a ghost. I saw a woman flying over me, which was horrible. The aura in there felt very bad. I moved rooms the following night to a two-bedroom flat, where I didn't notice a ghost.
