Glasgow Argyle Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Darcy at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. She was knowledgeable about the area, polite, engaging and so helpful. When the air-conditioning in my uncle’s and dad’s unit didn’t work, she arranged a last-minute room change for them. She also got my brother’s and my laundry done on a tight schedule, saving us a 24 hour wait. We were on a long road trip with family, and it was a pleasure to stay here. The rooms felt comfortable and safe, and the location was convenient for getting to downtown Glasgow. Between the convenience, facilities and service, this is a great place. I definitely recommend it if you’re staying in Glasgow. Thanks again, Darcy!

The hotel was very poorly managed and wasn’t worth the money. You could get better rooms and service for much less. At the restaurant, we were left unattended for a while, so we went to the bar to order food. Nobody even offered us water. With a 10 year old with me, it was a nightmare, and I had to speak to the FnB manager just to get served. The young staff members were hustling around while suited managers stood by doing nothing. Understaffing shouldn’t be the customer’s problem. I feel for the trainees working hard for much lower wages and potentially giving better service. I’ll never visit again.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the health suit was really nice and relaxing. There wasn’t a fridge in the room, but there was a water cooler in the hallway. Beautiful hotel. A very relaxing weekend, and I’ll definitely return.

The pool and gym were good, and the rooms were great. I liked the location near to the buttery restaurant! Cleanliness is standard, especially when you work with the public, so I was put off when I saw the long dark haired receptionist not wash her hands after using the toilet.
