I booked a Premier Plus room and loved how quiet it was. I couldn’t hear people talking, snoring, walking or running about, and the city and city centre views were stunning. The bed was really comfortable, there were spare pillows, and I could watch the TV easily from bed. The shower was warm and easy to adjust. There was a mini fridge with complimentary still and sparkling water, plus two tasty mini chocolate bars. I didn’t use the hot-drink pod machine, but there were four pods, a kettle, milk pots, sugar and sweetener sachets, and a range of tea. More supplies were available downstairs on the second floor if you ran out. Check-in was easy: I scanned the QR code sent by email and got the room cards from the machine. Check-in and the restaurant are on the second floor, where there’s also a place to drop off the cards when leaving. It’s right in the city centre, with easy access to shops, food, the bus station and subway. The downsides were a little mould on the shower head, some white marks on the curtain and a small hole in it.

They’ve put in new mattresses recently, and I slept so well. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom’s LED lighting was a nice touch. It’s right in the centre, and the service was great whenever I needed anything. Great hotel.

Breakfast was well stocked, and I didn’t have to wait. The room had plenty of space and everything I needed, including USB and USB-C sockets. The bathroom was clean and the shower warm. My only gripe was the self-service check-in: if something goes wrong, there may not be a staff member around to help.

Breakfast was really good, and the stay was good overall. The room could use some attention, though: parts of the furniture were badly worn, and the bed felt a bit flat, with soft spots in the mattress. The air conditioning blower was very loud and seemed to work hard without moving much air.
