VKM Apartments

Fiesaul was waiting for us when we finally arrived at 11:30pm, and greeted us warmly. He came out to the cab to carry two of our three oversized checked "bags" (actually boxes) to the elevator, then returned with a cart, loaded them on, and rolled them easily into the lift and the apartment. He also quickly found extra bedding we hadn't had time to request. Afterward, messages on whatsapp gave us lots of food and shopping options nearby, along with very clear, simple checkout instructions. The support and communication from the host were fantastic, and this worked out even better than the lockbox entry I'd hoped for. I was worried our 10:30pm arrival flight would put us outside check-in hours. I messaged the host, who immediately said it was no problem and they'd meet us whenever we arrived. They got in touch during our LHR layover and stayed in contact when our flight was delayed by an hour at the last minute. The apartment was beautiful and cozy, just like the photos, with a lovely view of the old church across the street and the Glasgow cityscape. Everything was clean, the bed and two loveseat couches were wonderfully comfortable, and the circular glass table worked well for dining, games, or working. The kitchen was well stocked. It was an easy walk to Lidl grocery in a nice neighborhood with lovely neighbors. Having a TV in each of the bedroom and living room was a great bonus, and both worked well with good local and Netflix selections.

We were so glad we booked an apartment here for the weekend. From the start, we got a lovely, warm vibe. Check-in was great, the apartments were 10/10, very clean and fresh, and staff were on hand for any questions. It was great being close to transport links and shops too. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

We were greeted warmly at the door when we arrived, and both check-in and checkout were easy and efficient. The apartment was bright, spacious, spotless, and homely, with all the essentials I needed, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and extra bedding supplied. The host and facilities were excellent. It's a short bus ride to the main shops and attractions, and private secured parking is available on site with your own remote for access. The place feels carefully thought through to make guests feel at home, and I couldn't fault a thing. It was our first visit to Glasgow, and we'll be back.

The apartment was in a handy spot for exploring Glasgow, and it felt clean enough that I was comfortable right away. The staff were so friendly, and customer service really went the extra mile to make our getaway a great experience. We’d definitely come back. Thank you!
