Sue and George have made the house feel bright, warm and welcoming, with an energy that put us at ease and made us feel cared for straight away. The rooms are charming, spotless and well equipped with tea, coffee, a kettle and amenities. Breakfast is included, with lots of choice and freshly cooked hot dishes too. A truly special place.

It’s peaceful and magical here, at the bottom of Chalice hill, and I’d highly recommend it. The hosts are attentive, kind-hearted animal lovers and spiritual people who greet you with a warm smile each morning. The vegetarian breakfast ingredients are good quality, with lots of variety. I also appreciated the little extras: biscuits, free milk and water from the local natural spring. The king-size bed was luxurious, with crisp, clean linen, and it felt like home while still giving us privacy. If you want somewhere clinical and serious, this probably won’t suit you. If you like a relaxed, homely place and love animals, it’s a great fit.

A really lovely place to stay, with warm, welcoming hosts. The accommodation was very clean and calm, and the location is great. I’d recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Glastonbury.

The gravel outside the main entrance made it awkward to walk with a large suitcase, which was the one downside. Everything else was very satisfactory, and I’d return if I get the chance. Sue looked after me well at St. Anne’s B&B, and the weather stayed fine during my Glastonbury visit. Breakfast was simple, with eggs, mushrooms and vegetarian sausages, but had a homely taste. Sunlight through the glass windows made the dining room feel warm and cosy. There are spiritual books and oracle cards in the common room. My bed was comfortable and I slept deeply every night. I booked the room with rooftop, and it looked just like the photos. The B&B is close to the tor, Chalice Well and high street. A lovely surprise was Sue's family’s three cats: on two days, one was waiting outside my room when I opened the door. A memorable moment for a cat lover. Thanks to St. Anne’s b&b and Sue’s family for making my stay pleasant.

The hosts and their daughter were both friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed chatting with them. Breakfast had plenty of choice, including hot dishes prepared by the hosts, cereals and fantastic fruit. Our clean room had the basic amenities we needed for the trip. St. Anne’s B&B is well located, about a ten-minute walk from the high street and near Glastonbury Tor, Chalice Well and the Glastonbury Abbey. We really enjoyed our stay.
