This house is part of our family history. We spent a week there in 2014 to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary, and it became one of the most memorable times in our family life. My father passed away a couple of years ago, and we’re left with those memories.

The grounds are huge, with a view of Glastonbury Tor, and the property itself is enormous. It has eight bedrooms, including two with four-poster beds, several bathrooms, two sitting rooms, and two tuned pianos. There’s also a huge kitchen with an Aga and microwave, a games room, WiFi, and thousands of books.

Lovely 18th century house with a great history. The grounds are amazing, and inside there are lots of original period features. The Hood family’s books and photos were still there to look through. Loved it 😁

A lovely old manor house, very large and well furnished with old chaise-longue-style sofas. It has eight bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus a downstairs toilet with a shower for disabled people.

We really enjoyed our time there. It’s an original old house, wallpaper and all, with a large, well-stocked kitchen that has enough to cater for big groups.
