Breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of choice, good quality ingredients, and everything cooked to order. Our room was very good and had a brilliant shower. Lynn made us feel welcome and was helpful, and we appreciated being able to check in early. The location is hard to beat. We’ve just come back from a lovely stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone staying in grassington.

The breakfast had a particularly good range of healthy food and drinks, more variety than anywhere else I stayed. The cooked breakfast and packed lunch were both above average too. I was walking the Coast to Coast and had a delightful stay at Ashfield House. Check-in was straightforward, and my room in the lovely, homely building was excellent. Highly recommended.

We spent six nights at Ashfield House while visiting Yorkshire. The garden is spacious, lovely and peaceful, and the location is tucked right in the center of Grassington. We also got great ideas for walks and sightseeing from the staff. Breakfast was among the best we’ve had, and the service was amazing.

The old building has been made really comfortable, and it’s full of charm. We loved how quiet it was at night, plus having the lounge to use, the honesty box and a glass of sherry included. There are thoughtful little touches in the quaint rooms, including fizz, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. Parking round the back is a tight squeeze with a large car, though there’s also room at the front, so plenty of parking overall. Such a hidden gem in the heart of the village. We had a wonderful stay, and we’ll be back. I’m already telling friends and family about it.

The host, room, location and breakfast were all lovely. We had such a nice stay in this quaint B&B, and I’d highly recommend it. Hope I get to come back.
