The people at Feast were kind and really welcoming. My room was clean, though very basic, with no chair and no hangers in the wardrobe. The shared bathrooms had modern fittings and everything worked. The electronic card also opened the bathrooms and a kitchen with a washing machine. Getting around could be hard for anyone physically fragile, with steep stairs and a slippery shower tray.

Being right on the High Street made it easy to get to the train station, though the market traders were noisy setting up early on Saturday. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but it was on the top floor, up lots of stairs. There wasn't breakfast, although Morrison's café is just around the corner.

The room and facilities were clean and decent, and the price was reasonable. It's non-serviced accommodation, more like a short-term HMO than a hotel. There's no air conditioning, so you have to rely on the window, which lets street noise in. It gets very noisy, with louts in the evening and street-cleaning trucks in the morning. The staircase really should have a hazard sign.

It's right on the high street and easy to find. The room is basic, just as described, but the bed was comfortable and there was a wardrobe. The kitchen area and bathrooms were spotless, and everything looked quite new.

No TV, no Wi-Fi mentioned, no chair and no mirror. I'd have thought there'd be more in the room. For the price, I wasn't happy.
