The food was delicious, and the chef is seriously talented. Our room was fresh and spotless, with a really comfortable bed and pillows. Looking out at the sheep and rabbits in the field was lovely, especially the playful lambs and comical guinea fowl. Ian and Karen were amazing hosts, backed up by a great team. We spent three nights in this peaceful haven and everything about the stay felt perfect. The accommodation, meals and drinks were good value, and it's well placed for trips to the coast. We'd highly recommend it and are already looking forward to coming back in July.

The town and its amenities are only a short walk up the road, and the small bar is perfectly adequate. The Yorkshire lager went down well, as did the wine. We found the staff very efficient, and the owner was helpful and knew the area well. Meals were excellent, especially breakfast 😋. It's a delightful place, very comfortable, spotless and surrounded by countryside views. Thanks 😊 We hope to come back in a drier time of year!

We loved the room's spacious layout, including its kitchen area, and the place was peaceful, with hens and sheep wandering in the fields. My husband and I stayed here for our pearl wedding anniversary, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome while giving us the space we appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, with good quality food cooked and presented properly. We knew before booking that the restaurant wouldn't be open on the day we arrived, but would like to come back and try it. Thanks for having us, and we hope to return soon. Linda and Jason xx

It's so easy to unwind here. Brickfield Farm is a lovely base for reaching lots of beautiful spots around North Yorkshire, with wonderful food and warm, friendly hospitality. Highly recommended.

Waking up to all the sheep was so nice, and breakfast was lovely. Our room, daisy room, was stunning and wonderfully quiet. The staff were really friendly and helpful. This place is beautiful, and I couldn't recommend it enough. We'll be back!
