The pool was great fun, and the nearby zoo was easy to get to. I stayed for a night with my daughter and was really pleased we chose this place. We’d definitely come back in summer 👍

The pool was really cold, definitely not 30 degrees, and the changing rooms have no locks. With small children, you have to keep a constant eye on them while they get changed. The shower head was broken too, with barely any pressure, so you can’t even have a quick shower. We’ve been a few times, but our bank holiday booking was a pretty bad experience. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

Having the pool to ourselves for a private swim was lovely, and I’d hire it again. We booked an hour and had a great time. The only problem was the changing room and shower already had a lot of water on the floor after a large group, and the shower barely trickled.

The shower facilities were clean, and the pool was lovely and clean too. We had our first family swimming session here and it was fabulous. We’re looking forward to another one. Thank you very much ❤️

There’s no reception, so after arriving to find we’d been given a twin room instead of the double room confirmed by email for my birthday weekend, I had to leave a voicemail and send an email. The owner’s sister eventually replied politely, saying they were fully booked and couldn’t do anything about the mistake. I never heard from the owner himself to apologise, and Expedia took three days to contact him to verify my complaint. I wouldn’t book again. This kind of mistake in a service industry is inexcusable.
