We stayed in The Harbour apartment and would definitely return. It was spotless, with comfortable beds, crisp white linen and big fluffy towels in the clean shower room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Damon was happy to help with anything. It's a quiet location near Pleasure beach, about 20 minutes' walk to the town centre and five minutes to the main seafront. There is private parking on site. We were told to keep the windows shut when out because the seagulls are friendly and like to come calling. I highly recommend these apartments.

The building is well designed, and the area felt really safe. Damon was an amazing, helpful host. He sent the check-in details on the morning we arrived, was there to meet us and explained everything. The apartment is well located, a few minutes' walk from the beach and within walking distance of the city centre. It has private parking on site and most of the facilities you need for a stay.

The shared hall and stairs made a strong first impression, with marble tiled floors, a sweeping staircase and a lovely central light feature. The room was newly refurbished to a high standard too, beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped with kitchen appliances. The shower room and toilet were brand new and fully tiled. Our main difficulty was keeping the room cool, especially at night. Neither the mobile air-conditioning unit nor the windows helped much.

The owner was outstanding with communication and hospitality, and everything was within walking distance. The rooms were clean, maintained well and had what we needed, with off-road parking provided. A medium or large build adult male might find the shower a bit tight, though the water pressure was great and the water hot. Extra fans may be useful in warmer weather. The foyer has a UK map for guests to mark where they're from, but an international map would be fun. We had a 10/10 stay, thank you.

The owners were very kind, and the place was clean and well organised, with parking space. It's a great location near Great Yarmouth, within walking distance of the beach, and the price was fair. A vending machine on the ground floor might be a good idea for an easy snack, though I'm not sure.
