You're right by the beach, with a seaside feel, a homely atmosphere and a lovely view. The food is fantastic and the staff are lovely. It's a reasonable choice for a seaside B&B break, with everything you need.

The beach is right on the doorstep, the rooms have sea views, and the amusements are just down the road, so it's easy to get around. We came as a family for one night, and the kids and we all had an amazing stay. Helen was fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. The room was beautiful, the hotel was kid friendly, and the service was great. Breakfast was gorgeous with lots of choice. One of the kids needed waking up in the morning, which says a lot about how well we slept! We loved it so much we've booked again for two weeks' time. Highly recommend :)

Our room could use a refurb, but it was clean, with fresh bedding and towels, complimentary shower gel and shampoo, and bottles of water. For the price, we couldn't have asked for better. Casie and her family were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They gave us a parking permit for both days, and Casie even surprised our 15 year old with a birthday cake, candles and a card when she learned it was his birthday. We enjoyed chocolate cake after a fantastic full English breakfast. Such a wonderful stay, and I'd highly recommend it.

Helen and Mark? Sorry if I've got that wrong, and all the staff at the B&B and bar were really friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, and breakfast was lovely. They were so accommodating with our picky 3 year old. Highly recommend, and we'll be back as soon as we can.

A lovely, old-fashioned guest house in the best way, with very friendly owners. We mentioned that my little boy had a football match in the morning. When the lady was making our yummy breakfast, she remembered and wished him good luck.
