My wife and I keep returning to St Anne's. The couple who run it are lovely and friendly, always doing what they can to help, and there's a nice breakfast in the morning.

The location was fab, about five minutes on foot to the seafront and no more than ten minutes to the rides, shops and places to eat. Our room was spacious and clean when we arrived, and was freshened up again for the second night. There were plenty of towels, tea and coffee, and some nice biscuits. The decor is a bit dated, but I liked that and thought it added charm. Breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely, and the hosts were always friendly and helpful. We got a warm welcome too. The other guests at breakfast were friendly, and lots of them had returned before, which says a lot. Would absolutely recommend it and will go back.

We were in the area for a funeral and only stayed two nights, but had a wonderful time. The owners were generous and very obliging. Breakfast was good quality and cooked just right, with plenty of cereals and preserves for toast. The orange juice had a nice sharp taste, and the fridge in the room was exceptionally quiet and really useful. Thanks to you both. We'll definitely return if we need another comfortable stay.

Larry and Linda were lovely hosts, and breakfast was first class. The room was warm and very tidy, and having our own key meant we could come and go through the front door. Best of all, dogs are welcome. Thanks to the hosts.

The location was handy for the main attractions but far enough away to stay quiet. We spent three nights there. Our room was clean and had all we needed, breakfast was lovely, and the service was excellent. We'd definitely go again.
